Not covered by this warranty are all components that manifest a defect of conformity due to negligence, misuse and/or improper maintenance by the END CUSTOMER, contrary to what is specified in the use and maintenance manual. Defects as a result of improper installation; tampering or intervention by unauthorised third parties, as well as breakdowns caused by force majeure (among others, atmospheric or geological phenomena, floods, etc.); and/or defects or damage caused to the goods sold as a result of negligence or faulty handling by the INSTALLER.
The warranty period for the product is set at 6 months.
In the event of any action derived from the guarantee of this product, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the general law for the defence of consumers and users and other complementary laws.
